PAYMENT METHODS:

WE ACCEPT:
- Pay Pal (ships same/next day)
- Money Orders (U.S. Banks Only, held to clear.)
- Personal Checks (U.S. Banks Only, held to clear.)
- Certified Cashier's Checks (U.S. Banks Only, held to clear.)
- Cash in U.S. Dollars (Not encouraged for your safety but we will accept it.)
- NOTE: All funds MUST be in U.S. Dollars!
- NOTE: All buyers outside the U.S. MUST use Pay Pal! We only ship to countries eligible to use pay pal. No shipments to Nigeria, etc.

(All items must be paid for before they are shipped. We have been ripped off in the past using C.O.D.'s)

TERMS OF SALE:

- Payment expected within 7 days of close of auction unless other arangements are made in advance BEFORE bidding.
- Payment expected within 7 days of e-mail payment confirmation letter for web sales unless other arangements are made in advance.
- Buyer pays shipping/insurance on all items.
- Your item will be shipped gift boxed, safely packed, with priority mail (or express mail if you upgrade), with full insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation, & signature confirmation.
- You will be required to sign for your package.
- We disclose full item price paid on all customs forms. We do not mark "gift" on custom forms. You are responsible for the taxes within your country if any.
RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be both happy with & serious about your purchase.
Please ask all questions in advance. We will gladly answer them to the best of our knowledge.
All items are privately pre-owned & sold in "AS-IS" condition.
We make no warranties nor do we guarantee that an item will appraise for the value of your bid. Appraisals vary from state to state, jeweler to jeweler, & other bidders influence the final price based on desire.
If unsatisfied with an item, you may return it WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT for a refund of the item price less a 10% restocking fee (maximum fee is $250) OR for an exchange/merchandise credit for the full item price (towards exchange or future purchases).
You must request authorization for a return by notifying us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the item, you must ship the item back within 3 days of receiving the item & provide us with the tracking number, and we must receive it back within 7 days of the date you received the item.
Items must be returned in the same lovely condition as sent with no wear/damage/alterations/re-sizing/personalization, packed safely, and fully insured with tracking.
We do not refund shipping/insurance charges (for either direction).
Shipping charges will be added to the exchange/future purchase item(s).
We do not give partial refunds on items in your possession or haggle/re-negotiate prices once you've bought an item. This applies to shipping changes also.
Items damaged in shipment are not our responsibility and will be covered by the carrier insurance on your package. If they deny your claim because they believe the damage was not their fault (e.g. you broke it), that ends to matter and we are not liable for a refund. No refunds will be given for damage, only insurance claims with the carrier.
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED IF NON-PAYING BIDDER WAS FILED WITH EBAY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PAYMENT. (This is simply a way to not pay and avoid trouble with eBay.)
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED ONCE ITEM IS IN YOUR POSSESSION PAST 3 DAYS (BASED ON TRACKING DATE/TIME OF DELIVERY).
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED FROM BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.
As a seller, I've been ripped off by bad buyers several times in the PAST YEAR (for the first time ever) including attempted scams and actual theft. Thus, the need for each of the policies above, especially the return policy/restocking fees. As eBay & Internet shopping grow, so do the chances of fraudulent transactions & the need for so many rules.
FRAUD:

We report ALL fraud to www.ic3.gov (postal, federal, state, or local authorities), eBay, & Pay Pal INCLUDING false pay pal chargebacks & mail fraud. Help stamp out fraud and make the internet a safe buying experience for everyone!
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we suspect might be engaging in a fraudulent transaction or who becomes abusive.
All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
We have been doing this since 1996.

TYPICAL SHIPPING COSTS:

U.S. Shipping: $5 for priority mail, $25 for express mail.
U.S. Tracking/Signature confirmation (required): $2.10.
U.S. Insurance (required): $2 plus $1 per $100 for insurance.
International Orders --- Depends on country, size, weight, & value. Inquire for specifics.
We fully insure & track all items we send. All shipments require an adult signature. This is because PAY PAL REQUIRES THIS to reduce fraud.
All items are gift boxed.

LAYAWAYS:

We offer layaways for website orders and SOME eBay items if it is negotiated IN ADVANCE.
We are flexible on terms. (Some people pay half now and half on payday, etc. we don't consider that a layaway, just a courtesy.
)
Our standard formal layaway is 4 monthly payments of 25% of total price of item(s).
First payment of 25% is due immediately, then future payments are due at 30-60-90 days.
First payment of 25% is not refundable should you change your mind. (Sorry, this is due to past layaway problems.)
We will do longer payment plans on really expensive items, but, 25% is still due up front and is non-refundable (maximum of $250).
COMMENTS ABOUT OUR ITEMS:

Items may be removed from inventory by owner at any time without notice. This applies to website and eBay items.
We are private owners, not merchants. We sell online what we no longer wear to fund our other interests. So, all items are pre-owned, not new and normal wear should be expected. But, everything is of superior quality/condition.
Antiques may have more signs of wear, we will note it if it is visibly significant and exceeds what is normal for a worn item of that period. Any damage or missing stones will be mentioned.
Some items may have been bought and never worn, we will mention that they are essentially new or you may ask if looking for a never worn item for a gift and we'll help you find one.
Since we are not merchants, we do not represent, franchise, or carry any specific designer or company product lines. We can't order their merchandise for you or help you with repairs, etc. We make no warranties about their products should we sell an item they made, etc. We can not put you in contact with them directly.
Since we are not merchants or jewelers, we do not offer appraisals, or perform ring sizing/repairs, etc. We can not test metal content if it is unmarked. All items are either marked or content is listed based on information provided to us at the time we purchased the item.

We do not buy wholesale or wish to receive offers/spam from foreign manufacturers
