MLJOP05 - Custom Solid Opal Rose Ring ($750)
This beautiful old ring is set in 14kt yellow gold. We had our jeweler test it and he says it is slightly heavier karat weight than 14kt. It is probably English 15k gold. It weighs a hefty 10 grams of gold. The band is a size 7, but sizing will be a snap, as the fabulous flat cut lustrous opal will not be affected by sizing either up or down. There is a dainty gold rose carved above the blue/green opal on the left side, and a larger intricately crafted yellow gold rose set off to the right of the opal on the right top of the mounting. Flowing gold leaves and roses surround this opalescent flat cut opal. The wide gold mounting is crafted to fit this lustrous natural opal. This is a stunning natural opal. There is a river of pearlescent like opal green matrix flowing from one side of the opal to the next. A few red specks dot the opal also. There is intermittent blue flecks mingling with the green opal fire. This opal has as much life as I have se in an opal. It is approx. a shy 1/2 inch by shy 1/2 in shape. From rose to rose this mounting is approx. 3/4 of an inch and is approx. 5/8 of an inch wide. This stunner is custom from the get go!!. It is in as fine a condition for an opal that you are going to find. The gold work is pristine and very well carried out.



MLJMSP01 - Arts & Crafts Moonstone & Huge Opal Sterling Pin ($300)
You have got to see this pin to believe it. True Arts & Crafts era sterling silver pin holds a LARGE solid opal with the prettiests pinks, reds, blues, greens flanked on either side by lovely moonstones. This is a very heavy pin, 2 inches long. I love this. The opal alone is worth far more than the opening bid. So, bid now before I come to my senses and keep it. :-) The photos show pretty color but the opal is a thousand times prettier in person because all the colors of the opal really don't show in the photos.



MLJOP07 - Opal Onyx Signet Ring ($270)
Unlike most onyx rings with a diamond in the center, this is highly unusual. This has a fiery multicolor opal in the center. The effect is quite dramatic and very pretty. Size 6.



MLJNTV05 - Calvin Begay 14KT Navajo Inlaid Cube Spinner ($500)
Up for sale is another STUNNING 14K gold spinner by Navajo artist Calvin Begay. It is a 3/8" edged cube. Four sides are inlaid with brilliant Opal and black Onyx. The top and bottom are also inlaid with onyx. The Opal is the most brilliant I've ever seen, with strong flashes of green and blue. (The photos don't due this justice!) You should see his work. I have a pyramid pendant he did and really want his flag pendant, I don't know how he does it, but, gosh, his stuff blows the mind!!



MLJAM24 - Amethyst Opal Goddess Pendant ($90)
Awesome pendant consists of a large carved amethyst shaped like a Goddess with a reiki spiral in sterling which holds a large black opal. The sterling continues to curve and wrap to form a bail for the pendant. Really incredible.



MLJAM48 - Amethyst Opal Pendant & Earrings ($120)
Amethyst & Opal Pendant & 18" Chain. Oval cabochons of genuine opal, highlighted with accents of faceted amethyst, glow in settings of sparkling 14K goldplated silver vermeil. Pendant includes 14K goldfilled box-link chain. Made in USA. Pendant: 1/2" long on 18" chain. Earrings: 1" long.



MLJSS08 - Sterling Mexican Art Glass Opal Ring ($25)
Pretty ring set in sterling silver with a glass stone set on hand-colored foil that simulates opals. A popular vintage Mexican technique that's really pretty. This has lots of pretty pinks, purples, and a whole rainbow of color! Size 6 (opening is 17 mm). Marked "Sterling 925" inside the band. Stone is 6 x 8 mm. Pretty braid around stone.
